ATTENTION! The 24-hour card at Bergelstjärn may not be redeemed after 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. NOTE! Violation will be punished.

Fishing rights certificate sent out to all fishing right owners, applies to all fishing methods listed below, but that rules regarding prohibitions, as well as the number of nets and hooks must be followed.

Permanent residents in the villages around Lake Tåsjön are allowed to: lay nets, set out pole hooks, run fly nets, put out Russian, long lines max. 50 hooks, pole hooks max. 20 hooks, and trolling. "Trolling" means pulling bait after a boat with a bait and a maximum of 10 baits/boat, at least one person in the boat must have a fishing license for trolling. Drag otter max 10 baits and max one drag otter per boat, may not be combined with trolling.
If a non-family member fishes with a rod in the same boat, they must have a valid fishing license. Annual fishing license for permanent residents SEK 600 applies to the entire family in the household, children up to 17 years of age. Nets may be laid throughout Tåsjön up to the regeneration area border, Remmarudden – Nyåker. Above this limit, net ban applies. Max 5 nets or max 150 m. The nets marked with floats at both ends and also with the owner's name. After 1 August and up to and including 30 September, net bans apply throughout the lake. Russja may be used to catch pike in the regeneration area in the ditches and on the ground, where the pike spawn occurs until June 15 annually or decisions taken by the annual general meeting. Net ban outside all fish-carrying streams with a radius of 200 metres.

All fishing is prohibited in the Saxälven, from 100 meters downstream of the road culverts at "Inge" up to the county border with Västerbotten, this is because it is a protected rejuvenation area in the river.
Fishing prohibited in the outlet channel below the Korselbränna power plant the entire stretch out into the lake. Fishing ban in all flowing water after September 1 and until May 31 due to hare's play. Whoever is caught for a more serious fishing violation will be banned from fishing until they are convicted. Tåsjön's FVOF has introduced a control fee for people who break the area's rules. The inspection fee is printed on site by the fisheries inspector.

Ask the locals about strategic locations with information for the best fishing results. Study the "map" of our fishing waters and note where information and screen protectors etc. are available.
