Dansjön-Furen
Dansjön and Furens fishing waters is a part of Mörrumsåns water system. The lakes are beautiful
located in the countryside of Småland. Except of the two lakes there are also three strems that are a
part of the fishing waters, Mohedaån, Lekarydsån and Åängsån. Dansjön has a size of 130 hectare
with a maximum depth of 5 meters. Dansjön is located 5 km north of Alvesta. Furen has a size of 460
hectare with a maximum depth of 6 meters. Furen is located 10 km north east of Alvesta.
Both the lakes and the streams offer rich fishing waters with a healthy number of perch, pike and
zander. It is also possible to hire living and boats close to the lakes. Both of the lakes have areas to
launch smaller boats to the water. You can find more information at our webpage.

Dansjön-Furens FVOF has the task of promoting fish care and care.
The association monitors fishing and water issues that concern the area. It also engages in fishing license sales, boat rentals, fish implantation and fisheries supervision by trained fishermen.
