Crayfish fishing

The club has access to crayfish fishing in the part of Lake Järlasjön that we lease, and in Lake Källtorpsjön.

Källtorpsjön

Fishing in Källtorpsjön takes place on certain evenings in August and September where officials are present. The dates for 2024 are 9/8, 16/8, 23/8, 30/8, and 6/9 and there are 10 fishing licenses to book in total per evening. The officials provide crayfish rakes and spreader poles, as well as bait if you have ordered it from Marten.wall@esfk.se . They give tips on good fishing spots and how to go about it if you are a beginner. They also go around among the fishermen and help out on the spot. Baitfish can be ordered by email from Marten.wall@esfk.se at a cost of SEK 60 for 10 pieces of gear.

Lake Järlasjön

For Lake Järlasjön , fishing licenses are sold for one party per evening during the period 5 August to 30 September. Please note that it is perfectly possible to buy several fishing licenses for each booked date. When fishing, you bring your own equipment, alternatively you pick up nets and spreaders at the clubhouse at Tenntorp because there are no officials on site.
