Lerum's stream fishing:
Applies to fishing in Säveån between Lerån's outlet and 60 meters downstream of Hedefor's power plant dam with the following rules and exceptions in case of legal liability.
The association wants information (at the end of the year) on caught quantities and species.
When catching salmon, a catch report is mandatory.
Where can you fish?
The fishing stretch is from the Hedefor power plant down to 80 meters downstream of the Holma bridge. On the northern side, the fishing ban is from Hedefors industrial village's border to Hallegården and the stretch between Dageborgsbron down to Holmabro.
These areas are marked in red.
On the southern side, fishing is permitted the entire stretch from 25 meters downstream of the outlet of the bypass to 80 meters downstream of Holma bridge.

Permitted fishing methods are spin fishing and fly fishing with a lure or a fly.
Catch limit: 1 salmon per angler per season, regardless of whether it has been re-released or not.
Once the quota has been reached, continued fishing for salmon is not permitted during the current season. Minimum size trout 45 cm.
Young people up to and including the year they turn 15 fish for free.
When do you get to fish?
Fishing is allowed from May 15 to September 15.
Parts of the route are nature reserves.
Show consideration and caution for animals, nature and residents along the river.
