Medskogssjöns SFK

Medskogssjön is nicely located between Sandviken and Ockelbo along road 272 and is easily accessible. By the lake there is a campsite with pitches for caravans, mobile homes, tents and cabins, there is also a nice swimming beach and restaurant and a large parking lot next to the lake. Here it is allowed to fish with spinner, angling and fly and only 1 rod/fishing license. Fishing licenses can also be redeemed at the campsite's reception.

It is also allowed to fish from a floating ring but only with a fly rod and fly line, it is a separate card for floating ring fishing.

You can also get here by bus line 44 (X-trafik) from Sandviken and Ockelbo. 18/5-2024 at 08:00 we will open Medskogssjön for sport fishing for rainbow trout, after that fish will be planted continuously every two weeks.

Char has been planted in preparation for the winter season, which opens on 28/12-2024 at 08:00. Fishing license on the opening day costs SEK 200 thereafter it costs SEK 150, welcome.
