Control fees
Control fees may not be charged for illegal fishing, for example when someone does not have a fishing license as this is covered by another law and must be reported to the police as before.
In the event of illegal fishing, a control fee may be charged, i.e. by fishermen who have a valid fishing license but violate the area's rules.
