Lake Vallentunasjön's fisheries management area covers the entire Vallentunasjön lake in Täby and Vallentuna municipalities.
The lake's surface is 6.1 square kilometers and is one of Uppland's larger lakes.
The lake is known for its fine zander, pike, perch and eel (protected).
Vallentunasjön:
The entire lake is included in the fishing license.

Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 16.
Young people under the age of 16 may fish without paying for a fishing license, from a boat or land with fishing rod, spinning rod and fishing rod, but not with nets or other gear. All fishing must be done in compliance with the obligations of the public right. NOTE Fishing ban 1 April-31 May.
