In our lakes there are good pike, perch, roach, vendace, yarrow, smelt and lake. We have in a few rounds planted larger trout in the lakes, difficult to catch rod fishing due to good food through the vendace. Our competition Pike League is held annually with prizes for the four largest pike caught in the area.

We have three ponds with only trout, implantation is done regularly, trout lake Västansjö is close to the road and is adapted for accessibility, jetty, windbreak, outdoor toilet, and 5 boats for rent. In the streams we put out annual fry of trout.

Our fisheries conservation area was formed in 1988 through a merger of Storarmsjö and Lillarmsjö, which includes Gåsvattnet and Pålvattnet and Västansjö with only trout and 2 ponds with implanted trout and Mellansjöbäcken and Armsjöbäcken.
