Ymsen is a 1,300 ha large floodplain lake circumscribed by swampy forest and farmland. Here the visitor access to a peaceful fishing environment. There are connections from the public road in several places and boat hire.
Max. depth of about 4 m. The bottom consists mainly of clay with elements of hard bottom in the littoral zone.
