Åklångs FVO

Åklången is a long, narrow lake that is largely uninhabited and untouched. Åklången is part of the Upperudsälven and Dalslands-Kanal. Area: 160 ha. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to dock boats, but it must be done north or south of the Buterud and Håverud locks. Canoe rentals are available in Håverud and Dals Långed. For fishing from shore, it is easy to reach the lake via Sundserud bathing area (Åsensbruk).
