Gnarps Fiskeområde

Fishing ban now applies at Herrgårdstjärn until the premiere fishing on January 11.

Pimpel premiere at Herrgårdstjärn on 11 and 12 January 2025 at 08:00-15:00. Fishing license costs SEK 200/3 fish and is only sold on site, swisch or cash payment. If you buy your annual put/take water pass (SEK 800) from us on the spot, you get a premier fishing pass with the purchase. From the month of January 13, ordinary fishing licenses apply. Within Gnarp's fishing area there are a few coastal rivers with migrating sea trout, of which Gnarpsån is the largest. The lower part of Gnarpsån offers good spring fishing for sea trout and is fine grayling water throughout the stretch.

There are also 4 put-and-take waters where rainbow, trout and char are released regularly. Of these, Herrgårdstjärn and Åstjärn are the most popular, and here there are shelters, jetties and a heating cabin. At Igeltjärn and Uppgårdstjärn there are piers/gangways and windbreaks. There are also a number of streams/rivers with stationary trout and lakes/ponds with pike, perch, roach and whitefish. The area has a good supply of fish.

You will find many of the most popular sport fishing species with us: sea trout, rainbow trout and grayling, but of course also pike and perch plus a number of other species. The waters are excellent for fly and spin fishing, but also angling and various forms of winter fishing. Several ponds and lakes are easily accessible by car and present both excellent pike and perch fishing but also other sport fishing species.

Åstjärn and Herrgårdstjärn are equipped with windbreaks, barbecue areas and floating docks that are easy to reach even for anglers in wheelchairs.
