Grangärde Fiskevårdsområdsförening (FVOF) sells fishing licenses to residents and leisure residents within the fisheries management area as well as fishing rights certificates to those with fishing rights.
Fishing licenses for non-residents in the area are referred to Grangärde fishing
Through its members, the association disposes of scenic and fish-rich waters.
By purchasing a fishing license, you contribute to the association's work to constantly improve fishing in the area.
Some examples of what the association does:
• Restoration of self-reproducing trout waters (Håjensån and Norrboån)
• Contributes to the renewal of water bodies that promote the migration of fish in the waterways (Norrboån)
• Creates crayfish stocks in our larger lakes.
Currently, the map does not show that Gammelgårdssjön is included, but it does.
