Arvika has Sweden's innermost harbor and 365 lakes. A lake for every day of the year, so here the fishing spots can be infinitely varied. The municipality has about thirty different fishery areas with the possibility of both common and noble fishing in beautiful and varied nature, ranging from tranquil and beautiful Glaskogen Nature Reserve to urban fishing in Kyrkviken.
There are several players who offer fishing guides and facilities with fishing as a specialty. If you are disabled and want to fish, there are access-adapted jetties in several places, even for noble fishing.
In Arvika's pleasant center there are plenty of accommodation, restaurants, cafes and shops and if you want to buy fishing equipment there are two fishing shops.
When fishing and staying in nature, the right of the Allemans applies, which means freedoms but also consideration and responsibility.
