Åre Fiske Samfällighetsförening

As of 2022, Åtjärn is excluded from the waters covered by the association's regular fishing license. The reason is the great interest that the cutthroat trout has created. What applies is the following:

• Fishing in Åtjärn is only permitted between July 1 and August 31.
• Number of fish is limited to 2 per fisherman per day. (min 30 cm)
• The number of fishing licenses sold for Åtjärn is limited to 5 per day.
• Price for fishing license is SEK 500/day. Cards can be purchased 30 days in advance at iFiske.
• Otherwise, the association's fishing rules apply.

In Other:

• Fishing is only allowed from June 1 - August 31. Other times fishing is prohibited. • During the period September 1 - April 30, there is a total ban on fishing in the association's other flowing waters. By flowing water in the Åreälven is meant the stretch from the western fishing limit (above Tegeforsen) down to a point 200 m east of the Åreälven's outlet in Åresjön. The Gevsjö Stream is not included in the fishing license • In other waters, fishing is prohibited from 1 - 30 September. The exception is Lake Åresjön, where fishing is allowed all year round.

• The number of fishing licenses sold for Åtjärn is limited to 5 per day.
• Price for fishing license for Åtjärn is SEK 500 / day. Fishing license can only be bought at iFiske.
• In other respects, the association's fishing rules apply.

OTHER REGULATIONS

• Fishing is allowed only June 1st - August 31st. Other time fishing ban.

• During the period September 1 - April 30, total fishing bans are in the association's other flowing waters. By flowing water in Åreälven, the distance from the western fishing boundary (above Tegeforsen) is meant to a point 200 m east of Åreälven's outlet in Åresjön. The Gevsjö stream is not included in the fishing areas for the normal fishing card

• In other waters, fishing prohibited 1 - 30 September. The exception is Lake Åresjön, where fishing is allowed all year.

THE NORMAL FISHING RULE

• Angeln ist nur vom 1. June - 31. August erlaubt. Andere's Zeitfischerverbot.
