Sorselefisket

Sorrel fishing:
Sorsel fishing offers waters such as Laisälven Gargån Stensundsforsen Norra Svergoträsk Harrträsket Gipperträsk Snorsen Olsbäcken Storjuktan and many other exciting fishing waters.
Just outside Sorsele is Stensundsforsen, which is probably one of Vindelälven's absolute hottest grayling rapids.
Here, the experienced fly fisherman will never run out of fish.
Every year, rough trout are also caught in this rapids.
Periodically during the pre-season, there can be a lot of water in the rapids and then it is important to fish close to the shore and/or try to get down to the depths.
Snorsen, Njuktjaure, Sarvesträsk is a system with very fine grayling waters. Every year, trophy harriers are caught in the area and the rules are set to exploit the area's fantastic potential. The currents between the lakes are real gems.
In some of the lakes there are boats for rent.
Gipper swamp..a gem to visit.
In the Laisälven downstream of the Norrbotten border are famous places such as Hällforsen, Trollforsen, Vitforsen, Kvarnforsen and Gargesonforsen.
Nice grayling and trout spots. In many of the rapids here, the water is draped with large boulders.
At the height of Gargesonforsen, however, the river changes its character again and transitions to more gravel bottoms. Even further downstream, several interesting fishing spots such as Långforsen and Storforsen appear.
The stretch from just above Långforsen's neck / Noisonselet down to just above Storforsen is an approx. 2 km long fly-fishing stretch with only fly-fishing allowed and where all Trout, Grayling and Salmon must be re-released.

North Svergoträsk:
Norra Svergoträsk is a lake with very coarse char and trout.
The activity of these large fish increases significantly during the time of the Vulgate hatch which normally falls sometime between 15/6 – 10/7. Hatching lasts 1-2 weeks, but the time for its start is unfortunately difficult to predict.
Warm weather and light winds from the south southeast with high humidity are often associated with Vulgate hatching and good fishing.
