Stor-Emsen is located on the border between Kils and Grums municipalities in Värmland. The lake covers an area of 4.6 km2 and consists of several bays and islands. Stor-Emsen's FVOF was formed to manage the fisheries in Lake Stor-Emsen. The goal is to create a rich fishing water that provides pleasure and benefit for both fishing water owners and fishing license buyers.
