Nice pike fishing waters with the opportunity to fish the really big pike! The watercourses are part of Viskan's water protection area and have a rich bird life.
The fishing water is not acidified and free fishing for children under 15 years.
Difficult to fish without a boat, boat ramp is available in Västra Marsjön .

Varnum Marsjöarnas FVO
The Varnum Marsjöarna fishing area was established in 1995. The area belongs to the Viskan water system and is located in Ulricehamn and Borås municipalities.
Our goal is to nurture and improve the opportunities to conduct good recreational fishing for everyone in our area, e.g. by building an accessible jetty as well as cutting reeds and opening up the waterways between the lakes so that it is possible to travel by boat between all the lakes.
The association now owns a reed machine and we have started to recreate channels between lakes and will keep the reeds away. This has contributed to increased costs and the fact that we and several other recreational fishermen are experiencing heavy pressure on fishing in the water system, hence we have raised the prices to be able to keep reeds down and to counteract too heavy pressure on pike fishing.
We will also introduce a total fishing ban between March 1 and the end of May starting in 2022. We will evaluate the condition year by year and possibly release the ban if we feel that it has recovered.
