Krokegöl is a Put-and-Take lake located in the forest 9km northeast of Kosta, near Visjön Nature Reserve. The lake is managed by Kosta Folkets Hus and has an annual stocking of rainbow trout of various sizes. The catches are often between 1.5-2.5kg. There are also pike and perch. Rainbow trout are fished with fly, spin, angling or ice. Fly rods in class 4-7 are recommended and light reel equipment with small spinners and spoon lures. The angler baits the hook with worms or shrimp.

This is a fishing water with planted noble fish, so-called "put and take".

Free fishing for children and adolescents up to the age of 15.
Only in company with a keeper / adult / person who holds a valid fishing license (on his quota)
