Upplands FVOF

Small is a lake in the Indalsälven that offers fine fishing for everything from beginners to professionals. The association provides fishing in the middle part of the lake, see map for further information about the boundaries of the fishing water.

The lake varies in shallow bays with reeds, beaches with rocky bottoms and deeper currents, which makes fishing varied and the species many.

Trout thrive in the lake, which is planted out annually through the regulation law, also of course wild trout that play in inflowing rivers and streams. The Canadian char stock has made the lake popular with trolling fishermen. Pike, perch, grayling and whitefish are also common species. Char and lake have decreased in recent years.
