There are ten lakes here with a combined surface of more than 300 hectares where you can fish, swim or just enjoy nature.
The fisheries management area is located in southeastern Sweden's forested area, south of Eringsboda, and includes the lakes: Stora and Lilla Blanken, Ljusterhövden, Svarthövden, Kärringsjön, Älten, Kansjön, Kansjögöl, Stora and Lilla Skälen.
There are jetties in the larger lakes.

The fisheries management area was established in 1993 with the aim of promoting fishing and fisheries management in the lakes: putting out piers, renting out boats, building fish vases, planting out fish and crayfish, putting up direction signs, selling fishing licenses, etc. This is for the benefit of the local residents and visiting tourists.
