Malexander SFK domestic lake is the Sommen. The club also has its own club waters and a lake with exposed rainbow trout.
The club was founded in 1961 and has approximately 140 members. Lake Sommen at Malexander's shore is our most important home water with its unique stock of both char and trout. The club also leases a couple of lakes (Part of Malgen, part of Svarten, Svartgölen) in the area around Malexander. In these lakes, except Dammstugugölen, fishing is free for club members. Dammstugugolen is a so-called put and take water where rainbow trout are introduced a few times a year. Fishing license for Dammstugugölen see our blog. (http://malexandersfk.blogspot.com/ ). In all of our lakes, the club has boats (not Damstugugölen) that can be used by club members and those who have purchased a fishing license. The boats must be kept clean and intact. The club is also a member of the Sommen Fishing Conservation Area, so those who buy a fishing license in the Sommen for SEK 1,000 in connection with membership get the privilege of trolling with a fishing rod (1 member 2 rods with a fishing rod. 2 members 4 rods with a fishing rod. In addition, club membership applies to husband, wife, partner and youth up to the age of 17. For trolling cards see the club's blog
