The islands of the Skåne plain are known for their pike fishing and in many you also find a nice fishing for trout. There are several big lakes with good fishing, such as Ringsjöarna, Finjasjön, and many others. In the northern part of the country the landscape is woody, and there are many small or medium lakes with perch, pike, etc.
