In Borås, fishing offers great variety and there is a rich selection, with Borås municipal fishing license you can, for example, fish in more than 100 different lakes!
Fishing is allowed from land and with floating and in winter you get ice fishing. In Viskan it is allowed to fish from a boat.
There are also accessibility-adapted fishing piers at several lakes; Hultasjön, Kolbränningen, Lilla och Stora Hässleholmssjön, Pickesjön, Stora Transåssjön and Södra Kypesjön.
